Eye Birthmark

My second daughter is good-looking but she had the dark spot at her right eye since she was young. Now it has enlarged until it becomes the right eye birthmark. It makes her look not beautiful and horrible. When someone kids up her, she will be upset and acts madly.
What retribution has caused her to have the eye birthmark at her right eye? If she removes it, she will be better. Is it correct?

Your second daughter has the right eye birthmark because of her bad speech in the previous lifetime. In that lifetime when she was young, she kidded up her friend who had the eye birthmark and her friend was disgraceful. This bad retribution has caused her to be like this.
In this time, it is the era of high technology. So she can remove it but it will not be perfect but her look will be better.
