The Universal Truth สัจธรรมสากล

As Buddhists we know that the ultimate goal of life is to attain Nirvana, which enables us to end pain and suffering. but in Buddhism, Buddha also taught us about morality and death which is the universal truth. ในฐานะชาวพุทธ เรารู้ว่าเป้าหมายสูงสุดของชีวิตคือการเข้าถึงพระนิพพานซึ่งสามารถทำให้เราพ้นทุกข์ได้ แต่ในพระพุทธศาสนา พระพุทธเจ้ายังสอนพวกเราด้วยเกี่ยวกับศีลธรรมและความตาย ซึ่งเป็นสัจธรรมสากล

Ultimate goal เป้าหมายสูงสุด

In this world, there is such a thing as a Universal Maral we call them precepts. There are recognized as Universa; morals or values which are; refrain from destroying living creatures, refrain form taking taking that which is not given, refrain from sexual misconduct, refrain from incorect speech and refrain from intoxicating drinks and drugs. ในโลกใบนี้ มีสิ่งที่เป็นศีลธรรมสากลคือ ศีล 5 คือ ไม่ฆ่าสัตว์ ไม่ลักทรัพย์ ไม่ประพฤติผิดในกาม ไม่พูดปด หรือพูดไม่ดีทั้งปวง ไม่ดื่มสุราสิ่งเสพติดทั้งหลาย

Moral = ศีลธรรม

Refrain = หลีกเลี่ยง

Intoxicate = สิ่งมีนเมา

Even if you practice a different religion or philosophy you can still follow these five basic precepts. These are universal morals and virtues that apply to everyone everywhere. แม้ว่าคุณจะปฏิบัติอยู่ในศาสนา ปรัชญาในชีวิตที่แตกต่าง แต่คุณสามารถที่จะยึดถือหลักพื้นฐาน 5 ข้อนี้ได้ สิ่งเหล่านี้เป็นศีลธรรมและความดีสากล ที่ใช้ได้กับทุกคน ทุกที่

What is the Buddhist view of "death"?

We can say that death is a common pheomenon and a part of life that no one can escape. Everyone will eventually die. Births and deaths take place all the time. เราสามารถอธิบายว่าความตายเป็นปรากฎการณ์ที่ปกติธรรมดาความตายเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของชีวิต ไม่มีใครหลีกหนีพัน ทุกคนล้วนต้องตาย การเกิด และการตายเกิดขึ้นอยู่ตลอดเวลา

Phenomeno = ปรากฎการณ์

Escape = หลีกเลี่ยง

It is necessary to know the facts about death. Realizaton that we all will cncounter death someday helps us avoid recklessness in the way we conduct our lives. มันจำเป็นที่เราต้องรู้ข้อเท็จจริงเกี่ยวกับความตาย ตระหนักว่าเราทั้งหมดต้องพลเจอไม่วันใดก็วันหนึ่ง ช่วยให้เราหลีกเลี่ยงจากความประมาทในการประพฤติตนในชีวิตของเรา

Encounter = ประสบ, เผชิญ

Recklessness = ประมาท

It reminds us to keep a clean and clear mind, to cultivate merit, and to refrain from unwholesome activities. ความตายจะคอยเตือนเราให้รักษาใจของเราให้สะอาดและผ่องใส เพื่อสั่งสมบุญ และหลีกเลี่ยงจากการกระทำที่เสื่อมศีลธรรม

Unfortunately, death is a form of suffering, it is a part of being born. this is why the Lord Buddha advised us to free ourselves from the cycle of existence altogether. แต่ความตาย คือ ความทุกข์ เป็นส่วยหนึ่งของการเกิด นี้เป็่นเหตุผลว่าทำไม พระพุทธเจ้าทรงแนะนำให้เราฝึกตนให้พ้นจากวัฏจักรแห่งชีวิตนี้ไปด้วยกัน

Existence = การดำรงอยู่

These are some of Universal Truths that were taught by the Lord Buddha. If everyone would follow them our world will be a peaceful world. เหล่านี้เป็นบางส่วนของสัจธรรมสากลที่สอนโดยพระสัมมาสัมพุทธเจ้า ถ้าทุกคนทำตามสัจธรรมเหล่านี้โลกของเราจะเป็นโลกที่สงบสุข
