วัดพระธรรมกายโจฮันเนสเบิร์ก เปิดคลาสสอนสมาธิชาวท้องถิ่น

เมื่อวันอาทิตย์ที่ 20 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2562 ที่ผ่านมา วัดพระธรรมกายโจฮันเนสเบิร์ก เมืองโจฮันเนสเบิร์ก ประเทศแอฟริกาใต้ เปิดคลาสสอนสมาธิชาวท้องถิ่น

เริ่มต้นพระอาจารย์ได้เชิญชวนทุกคนมาร่วมงานกฐินประจำปี 2562 เปิดวิดีโอความสำคัญของานกฐินสามัคคีและพูดถึงอานิสงส์ของการทำทาน สุดท้ายได้ชวนชาวท้องถิ่นมาเป็นอาสาสมัคร เพื่อช่วยจัดงานกฐินปีนี้

ก่อนเริ่มนั่งสมาธิ พระอาจารย์ให้ผู้มาปฏิบัติธรรมยืดเส้น ปรับร่างกาย พระอาจารย์ได้พูดถึงความสำคัญและประโยชน์ของสมาธิอีกด้วย จากนั้นพระอาจารย์นำผู้มาปฏิบัติธรรม นั่งสมาธิเป็นเวลา 30 นาที ทุกคนนั่งสมาธิอย่างสงบผ่อนคลายและมีความสุข

หลังจากนั่งสมาธิแล้ว พระอาจารย์ได้สอบถามให้ทุกคนได้แชร์ประสบการณ์ ทุกคนมีประสบการณ์ที่ดีและมีความสุขจากการนั่งสมาธิ

Wat Phra Dhammakaya temple Johannesburg held a meditation class on Sunday,20th October 2019.

The monk started the activity by inviting everyone to attain the Kathina Ceremony. Then the participants watched the video about the consequences of being generous by giving and sharing. Then the teacher monk ended the activity by inviting everyone to be the Kathina Volunteer.

After that the teaching monk started the meditation process by introducing them to relaxation exercises.

And the teaching monk then told them how important and the benefit of meditation are.

The class then spent 30 minutes meditating and they successfully completed it, leaving everybody calm and peaceful. In closing the meditation session, the teaching monk asked all attendees to share their experiences of the session.
