Meditation is classified by the standstill location of one’s mind

You can classify kinds of meditation by the standstill location of one’s mind.  There are 3 kinds as follows.
1.    The practitioner stands his mind out of the physical body.
2.    The practitioner stands his mind on some parts of the body.
3.    The practitioner stands his mind in the center of the body.

The practitioner stands his mind out of the physical body.

The practitioner places his mind outside.  It is the most common meditation in the world because it is the simplest way and most people habitually look out.  So this kind of meditation is easy for almost everyone.  The weak point of this meditation is the rising mental objects usually are the unreal ones.  Some of them please the practitioner, some do not.  If the practitioner does not get advices by the meditation expert, he may send his mind out and see the mental object which the real ones are less than the unreal ones.  So other people may misunderstand him that he is mad.  Over 90% of meditation in the world is in this kind.  So this kind of meditation is not the right way to free him from all troubles and attain the real refuge within his body and easy to have obsession in himself and meditate in the wrong way.
