If your eldest sister willingly
allows her husband to have a concubine, she doesn’t break the 3rd
precept. But they have to make a good
agreement and scope. Even it doesn’t
break the 3rd precept but it may bring her husband to be greedy in
sex which can make him further away from Nirvana. If they have a child, they may be worry about
their child. So they have to make a
decision carefully that they want to be greedy in sex or not.
