Local Newspapaer Interview
July 20, 2016 - Wat Phra Dhammakaya Scotland
On July 20, 2016, a reporter from a local newspaper in Scotland, Mr. Craig Borland, came to interview the Ven. monk at Wat Phra Dhammakaya Scotland, Ven. Phramaha Amaro. The interview was conducted for the reporter and the readers of the newspaper to learn about the many activities for locals that are organzied by the temple for them to come and take part in. The reporter also asked about the establishment of Wat Phra Dhammakaya Scotland that recently renovated this old chapel to be a meditation center.
Mr. Craig Borland got this tip to come to the temple from Ms. Fiona, who is a regular at Wat Phra Dhammakaya Scotland since she comes to practice meditation. She wants the Scottish people in her community to come and learn about true inner happiness that is stemmed from meditation. This is something that many people all around the world are searching for. She wanted the reporter to interview the Ven. monk so that more people are aware of Wat Phra Dhammakaya Scotland and its activities.
