The Foreign Monks
Pilgrimaged

Over
70 foreign monks and novices pilgrimaged from Panawat to Bankhun temple on July
25th, 2010. During the
journey there were many residents offering the allowed refreshments to them
because it hardly happened for the residents to see and
make merit with a lot of foreign monks and novices like this.

Moreover,
the residents welcomed and faithfully prepared a long petal path for the monks
to walk on. Finally, the foreign monks
reached Bankhun temple and they circumambulated clockwise and lit the lantern
to worship the Lord Buddha.
