- The disciples pray the Morning Chanting and say the Speech of Closing the 2013 New Year Dhutanga

 

The Morning Alms Round to welcome the New Year at Dhamma Court in the South of Maha Dhammakaya Cetiya

6:45 a.m.

The Morning Alms Round begins - MC leads the Buddhist congregations to request the 5 precepts / the Monastic Monk gives them the precepts
- The representatives of the disciples lead them to offer meal to the monks as Sangha Dana
- Monks and Novices give blessings / line up for the Morning Alms Round

8:00 a.m.

- End of the Morning Alms Round Ceremony
- The Buddhist congregations have breakfast

9:30 a.m.
