The Medical Funds and the Kathina Seminar 2012
On Saturday August 25th, 2012

 Offering medicine on Dhammachai Day

Birth and death happen only in one day but oldness and illness are able to happen every day.  The Lord Buddha taught that healthiness is a superb fortune.  Offering medicine is not only cure ill monks and novices from suffering but also lessen the bad retribution from the past.  Monks and novices who are seeking for Nirvana must be healthy enough to do the monastic duties to keep Buddhism.  The Lord Buddha taught that those who wanted to keep up his health please kept up the ill monks.
