Dhammakaya Western Temple in Australia arranged the First Sunday Ceremony of Offering alms to the Lord Buddha, the medicine offering ceremony and the picked–up robes ceremony to build the temple.
At 9.30 a.m. They began with the morning chanting. Then, they requested to keep the 5 precepts. Ms. Bussayamas Sitthiwat and Mr. Thepthat Jason Hunt were the presidents and led the congregations to say the meal offering speech. After that they offered alms to five monks.
At 10.30 a.m., the Dhammakaya Time, everyone chanted and meditated following the Most Phrarajbhavanavisudh’s voice via DMC. They performed the First Sunday Ceremony of Offering alms to the Lord Buddha as well as the others around the world. Then, they offered lunch to the monks and had lunch together.
At 1.00 p.m. they performed the medicine offering ceremony. Ms. Kullanit Narod and Ms. Bussayamas Sitthiwat were the representatives to do. After that they performed the picked–up robes ceremony to build the temple. The presidents of this ceremony were Mr. Boonlom and Ms. Bussayamas Sitthiwat. There were many Thais and Australian come to the temple to attend in these ceremonies and all of them were happy and enjoy in these merits.
