Dhammakaya Boston Temple taught the basic meditation

The teaching monk led the congregation to meditate for 30 minutes

There were many laypeople who are interested in meditation going to join this activity.  They began with doing exercise before meditating about 30 minutes.  After that, Phra Pravesana Varasayo explained the meaning of meditation as well as introduced how to meditate.  Then, the teaching monk led them to meditate for 30 minutes.


Everyone shared their experience after having meditation

Later, everyone shared their meditation experience.  They were happy with it and some had good experience such as feeling that the body was light, had no weight, or was bodiless, etc.  Moreover, they asked the teaching monk about the information of meditation and intend to continue meditating at home too.
