Wat Phra Dhammakaya Norway taught meditation to a group from the University of Buskerud and Vestfold

 

Wat Phra Dhammakaya Norway taught the basic of meditation to a group from the University of Buskerud and Vestfold.

            A group of lecturers and students from the Faculty of Education, the University of Buskerud and Vestfold – a well-known university of Norway, visited and studied the Buddhist teaching at Wat Phra Dhammakaya Norway.


Wat Phra Dhammakaya Norway taught meditation to a group from the University of Buskerud and Vestfold


The content was about the Principle and Basic of Meditation.  The teaching monk emphasized on the Knowledge of Dhamma Practice before leading them to meditate.  Moreover, the teaching monk answered their questions about the monastic lifestyle in the Buddha Time and explained about three Buddhist Practical Cores which are Giving, Keeping Precepts, and Practicing Meditation.  The trainees would bring the Dhamma Principle to disseminate to their students further.
