Making merit since the Earth Day

There was the ceremony of offering alms to monks from over 24,000 temples around Thailand on the Earth Day, April 22nd, 2013.

Kal. Sunee Setthanan and her family offered 4 tons of jasmine rice grown in Tung Kula Rong Hai in Roi Et province.  It was non-toxic rice.  It was grown for offering the temple only, not for sale and was not got any pesticide.

Lactasoy co., ltd by Kal. Mongkol–Lawan Jirapatthanakul and family offered 78,000 boxes of Lactasoy soy milk cost 780,000 total Baht, to the monks.
