มูลนิธิธรรมกายประเทศไทยไม่มีสาขาในประเทศอินเดีย

ขอชี้แจงว่า ขณะนี้ ได้มีองค์กรพุทธศาสนาในรัฐมหาราษฎร์ประเทศอินเดีย จดทะเบียนองค์กรในชื่อ "Dhammakaya Foundation India" เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจว่า องค์กรของตนเองนั้น เป็นสาขาของมูลนิธิธรรมกาย รวมทั้งอาจจะยังมีจุดประสงค์เพื่อแสวงหาประโยชน์จากพุทธศาสนิกไทยและประเทศอื่นๆอีกด้วย

ทาง มูลนิธิธรรมกาย ประเทศไทย มิได้มีความเกี่ยวข้องใดๆ กับองค์กร Dhammakaya Foundation India นี้เลย และจะดำเนินการทางกฏหมาย ในกรณีที่เกิดความเสียหายกับมูลนิธิธรรมกาย ประเทศไทยสืบไป

We would like to clarify to all of you that Dhammakaya Foundation India is NOT affiliated with Dhammakaya Foundation, Thailand. Since we already negotiated with them to end up this improper action until they complied with us. Now, we have found that there is no progress on this issue at all.

That foundation registered in Maharastra, India with the name "Dhammakaya Foundation India". Their intention is to confuse the audiences that they are the subsidiary of Dhammakaya Foundation, Thailand in India in order to impose on Indian Buddhist faith. Therefore, we consider that whoever associate with them may take your own risk.
