The 5th Summer Novice Ordination Ceremony

in Paris, France

  

    Dhammakaya Paris temple arranged the 5^th Summer Novice Ordination Ceremony on July 18, 2010. There were 10 participants and Phra Maha Kongken Sirichanto was their preceptor. When the ordination ceremony had been completely finished, the congregation offered alms, monastic robes and other requisites to the new novices and finally, a representative novice gave a sermon.

 

 

The participants were ready to be ordained as a novice at Dhammakaya Paris temple.

 

 

Phra Maha Kongken Sirichanto, the abbot of Dhammakaya Paris temple, was the preceptor. 

 

The participants asked their parents and others for their forgiveness.

 

“You are a novice now so don’t be naughty, my little boy”

 

The congregation offered alms to the new novices.

 

“We would like to share our merit to the DMC members around the world and rejoice in your merit as well.”
