The practitioner concentrates his mind in the center of the body or the 7th base of mind.  When he stills his mind suitably, he will see the Pathama Magga Sphere, the initial path, rising as the bright sphere.  He lets his mind centering the initial path. He does it continuously by following the Eightfold Path.

The Eightfold Path is the path of mind to go inside until your mind is free from all defilements.  You can purify your mind based on your precepts, meditation and wisdom; purify your mind to be clearer, cleaner and brighter until you attain Dhammakaya, the pure body without any defilement.

When you place your mind at the 7th base, you will see the Path and then let your mind centering more and more and finally, you will attain Dhammakaya.  This is the core of Buddhism.  It is the way to make your life happy.  So whoever would like to free him from all troubles, he has to meditate enough to sees the Path and lets his mind centering until he attains Dhammakaya.

Moreover, the ways to meditate have been found in details in many Buddhist scriptures such as the “Path of Purity”.  There are 40 ways to meditate in this book.  All of them have the same goals which are “still your mind suitably” and “attain the inner Dhammakaya”.

You place your mind at the 7th base and simply begin to do one of these 40 ways.  You may begin with the “10 Kasina, Object of visualization”, “10 Asubha, corpse”, etc.  Select one method and do it.  If you standstill your mind suitably at the 7th base and let your mind centering, and then you will attain Dhammakaya.  This body is inside everybody’s body.  It is not the new one but it is the existing one and everyone can attain it if he does in the right way.
