                            How to Find Happiness

      When your mind comes to an absolute standstill at the center of your body, no thought arises. Then, you will experience the brightness at the center of your body, it is the natural brightness of the pure mind. This inner light will bring you the feeling of happiness, that you have never experienced before. The more your mind comes to a standstill, the brighter the light becomes. As a result, your mind is with to the brightness and happiness, so you won't feel any part of your physical body.
 
     This can explain why some good meditators, who have kneecap problems, can sit meditating happily for hours without the feeling of pain or suffering from the sitting position on the floor, since they have experienced the inner peace and happiness in themselves.

      However, when you keep practicing, the bright light comes together to be a crystal ball at the center of your body. Moreover, when your mind comes to a complete standstill, you will attain Dhammakaya, the body of enlightenment. Thus, your mind becomes pure, clear and bright all the time, and you will experience more happiness that lies within yourself. Consequently, our great master, Luang Pu Wat Paknam encapsulated all of his teachings as a motto: "Stillness is the key to success".
