Dear Luang Phaw,

The “Universal Energy” bonds the power of life, fights with serious illness, soothes mind into the centre of brain, builds circulations to generate seven levels of powers, and cures diseases with mind. I and my husband had practiced on the “Universal Energy”. However, we currently enter a temple, soothe our mind, and place it at the centre of the body. We practice a new kind of aura taught by Luang Phaw called “Gigantic Universal Energy”.

I used to be famous from the big news in newspapers, because I was carried off on-board when I was only a 5-month-old baby. The reason was that my mother was pregnant while studying Ph.D. in the States. I was born at the time when my mother nearly graduated her Doctorate degree. As a result, she had to study real hard and was under a lot of stress. She then decided to put me into a basket and flew me alone from USA to Thailand. She left me with flight attendants to take care of me.

The newspaper published that I was the youngest person in the world who was on-board. I was a wonder girl who was good and smart. The news announced that I was courteous and nice. I also slept with happiness all the way. I arrived Thailand safely. My mother wrote a letter to my paternal grandparents to pick me up at the airport.

Since then, my grandparents raised me instead of my parents. They are like jigsaw puzzle to replace the missing part of my life. I therefore love and bond with them as they are my real parents. When I was seven years old, my parents returned to Thailand and asked me back. I had never felt and connected with them. Thus, I refused saying, “Both of you should have a new baby. I am not going with you.” I continued to stay with my grandparents for another twenty years until they passed away. I later moved to my parent’s house. I lived with them only for a year and separated to have my own family.

During my pregnancy, I was interested in health and influenced my husband as well. We read health-related books and discovered “Universal Energy”, which can cure diseases. I and my husband applied for its studies. The teacher said, “The Universal Energy is neither superstitious nor black magic. However, it is another kind of meditation power which has different principles. Mind is focused at the forehead or at the brain centre, so called Chakras. Until we feel the energy, we press our mind and send the Energy to points of sickness in others.”

After holding our mind still, the “Universal Energy” will tie a power of life together and push away sickness of others. A final stage is to use mind to clean up blood by re-focusing our mind at the forehead. This will prevent a reverse circulation of blood flow to hurt oneself. The “Universal Energy” has seven levels in total. If we reach the fifth level, we can cure others without touching them. If we achieve the seventh level, we can remove our soul and go anywhere.

Vietnamese Master has accomplished this and his astral body visited the inside of the Pyramid. The teacher also told us that there was another place teaching mediation which is Dhammakaya Temple. He used to join, but not anymore as he thought that the “Universal Energy” is better. At that time, I and my husband had not yet entered the Temple. I did not pay much attention to it. We had tensely practiced the “Universal Energy” with a satisfactory outcome. One time, my husband’s colleague had headache and stomach pain. My husband took one minute to focus on his colleague’s forehead and thought of him as a whole. His pain was gone in three minutes. Then, people who have pains and sickness would like to get help. I would have had headache….

As for me, I also had a good practice. I slept alone one night and set my alarm clock at 6:30am. Once it alarmed, I reached for it to switch off and continued my sleep. I had not yet slept and felt rotation at points of Chakras. My whole body was shaking.

This is considered as normal for the “Universal Energy” to rotate for power generation. I also heard a clear voice of a man saying something that I did not understand. I assumed that the Vietnamese Master visited me.

There were two reasons to make me think this way because firstly I could not understand his language, which meant he was not Thai, and secondly I had heard about him that he could be invisible and go anywhere he wants. Therefore, he could come to us.

When I prostrated, I heard someone laughing. After that I had numbness all over my body for 10 minutes, until the clock alarmed again. I then looked at the clock, and I was stunned. The time was still at 6:30 am. In between dream and real life, how could the time stop for 10 minutes?

During my pregnancy, I and my husband liked to perform merits by offering to the monastic order as a whole for 9 temples. After we went to 8 temples, my baby gave me a signal for her to face this world.

On that night, I was admitted at a hospital, and delivered my baby easily and without pain in the morning. My colleagues came to visit me, and they told a story about Buddha image.

After 3 months of recovery period, I persuaded my husband to come to Dhammakaya temple. We intended to cast Buddha image and dedicate to my paternal grandparents, and to cast step by step for ourselves. After we arrived, my husband had changed his mind to cast 8 Buddha images for all family members. I felt very happy, and also surprised what inspiration we had to attain merit for 80,000 baht in one time. Because, this was the first time we came, and we normally donate only 100 baht at a time before.

We continued to attain merits since then. Even one year later, there was negative news about Dhammakaya temple; but this could not diminish our faith to the temple. We even attained more and more merits, main pile, Buddha image, Dhamma court around Maha Dhammakaya Cetiya. We have never missed any merits, and also were leader of many ceremonies. We have never stopped attaining merits.

We could attain lots of merits during that time because we worked in International Banking, and had earned over hundred thousand. Later on we realized that only hundred thousand of income would not be enough to support a giant project of spreading Buddhism throughout the world. Then we decided to resign from banking job to establish MLM business, which could make tons of money to provide unlimited support to our community, same as our unlimited heart.

Unfortunately, our business was just like how a tree grows; we have to wait for the outcome for a period of time. At the beginning, we had less revenue from this business than our previous job. Our balance sheet was not balanced, and our merit budget was less accordingly. I did not regret about our income, but we regret that we could not attain merit as much as we wanted.

Later, someone had invited us to join in other business. I and my husband decided to invest big money, which before we intended to close out Kathina merit but we attained this money 2 years later than we expected. Therefore, we invested this amount of money and we hoped to have returns to accrue more merit. Unfortunately, we lost all money, but I and my husband moved forward and hoped that tomorrow will be better and richer.

My paternal grandmother was a fighter. She was very diligent and hard working. She started from selling flowers, selling rice, buying and renting farm land and buying land until she could stand on her own. She was born as an orphan and fought for herself and turned to become wealthy until she could send her child to study overseas.

At the end of her life, she suffered with stroke. During that time I made merit and dedicated for her and prayed to extend her life for another 6 to 7 years. She died at the age of 84 years. The morning she died, I was dreaming about hiking to a hill and heard her voice talking to me, but I did not see her. I could only hear her asking about family, sadness and happiness, and living place.

My paternal grandfather was calm, discrete, and did not smoke; but he liked to drink a small glass of liquor everyday before dinner. He was a generous man, and often accrues merit to all temples.

He passed away because of his paralysis from brain infarction. He could not walk as normal, and he finally had to stay in bed for years before he died at the age of 77 years.

Many years ago, on every Sunday there was a monk chanting on television. My husband’s grandmother used to sit and prostrate in front of television for hours. My husband often saw her, and this recorded in his memory; this was his inspiration to have faith in Buddhism. She already passed away with age disease at the age of 95 years.

I would like to ask the following questions:

1. What kamma made me to be apart from my parents since I was young and be sent on the plane alone to Thailand when I was 5 months old? What wholesomeness brought me to be well raised by my paternal grandparents? What merits had we made together?

2. Where have my paternal grandparents been reborn? Have they come to visit me? Have they received all merits that I have dedicated to them? Have they passed any message to me? I dreamt that my paternal grandmother came to visit me. Did she really come to see me?

3. What is science of “Universal Energy” and what is the field of science? Why does one not feel dizzy, while practice and reaching a state of feeling rotation? Why can the “Universal Energy” heal illnesses? How did my husband use “Universal Energy” to treat illnesses? I heard clear male voice; whose voice was it? Why did the time stop for 10 minutes?

4. Can a person who practices Dhammakaya knowledge in general level cure diseases? How does a person who practices Dhammakaya knowledge in high level, such as Luang Pu, Khun Yay, etc. use the knowledge to cure diseases?

5. What wholesomeness inspired my husband and me to make a donation of 80,000 Baht on the first visit to Dhammakaya temple; although, in general, each time I made donation for only 100 Baht? Once I have faith in the temple, why did I not divert by negative news about the temple and still remain firm faith in it?

6. Why did I lose my big money; although, I have never regretted after I have made donation? Is it because I had changed my mind to take money that I intended to donate to invest in business by hoping to bring profits from that lump sum to make merits for long? How should I make merit with this way in a correct way? Will I receive that amount of money back to accrue merits as I intend in this life? What should I do to accomplish, in the line of work I have chosen, to be able to unlimitedly support Buddhism?

7. What past deeds cause my face to be allergic to wind, sunlight and get itchy easily? If I accrue merits with triple robe set regularly, can I make a wish to have clear and white beautiful complexion with the merits I have accrued in this life?

8. Why am I very near-sighted (-12.00 dioptres of near-sight)? Can my near-sighted vision be corrected by LASIK technology? If I still have high retribution, I do not want to waste time to correct it.

9. Why did I want to accrue merits when I was pregnant with my daughter, as well as what wholesomeness made me easily deliver the baby with no pain? Some people deliver their baby with difficulty and pain while others do with ease and no pain, what kamma determines these situations? Does it depend mainly on mother’s kamma or baby’s kamma?

10. How had I, my husband and daughter accrued merits with Dhammakaya community? How was our meditation progress? I would like my daughter to be a laywoman at the temple when she grows up. Had she accrued merit in this way?

I closed my eyes, dreamed and woke up with these answers.

When you tell anybody the story like a tale, it will make anyone know more about retribution (Law of Kamma)

1. You had to be apart from your parents since you were 5 months old as you were solely sent on the plane to Thailand because of your past retribution. In the past life, you used to leave your child with your parents to raise and, also, in this life, it was essential for your parents who had to continue their studies.

You had been well raised by your paternal grandparents because of wholesomeness from taking care of parents, supporting relatives and merits accrued together with your grandparents in Buddhism.

2. After passing away, your paternal grandfather is now air-sprite. He has received all merits that you have dedicated to him. The merits make him have more heavenly treasures. He has passed his regards, thank-you message to you and rejoiced merits that you have dedicated to him. He is now happy.

After passing away, your paternal grandmother is now air-sprite. She has golden heavenly mansion close to that of your paternal grandfather.
She has received all merits that you have dedicated to her. The merits make her have more heavenly treasures.
She has passed her regards, thank-you message to you and rejoiced merits that you have dedicated to her. She is now happy.

After passing away, your husband’s maternal grandmother is now an angel in second level of heaven phase 3 [Tavatimsa] from merits she had dedicated in Buddhism. She has received all merits that you have dedicated to her. The merits make her have more heavenly treasures.
She has passed thank-you message to you and rejoiced merits that you have dedicated to her. She is now happy.

3. Science of “Universal Energy” is a type of meditation in yogi or hermit way which is outside Buddhism. While one is practicing, one will reach a state of feeling rotation but not dizzy. It is a character of the meditation which make one acknowledge of natural energy existing everywhere; i.e. orbit of universe and earth which have relationship with human’s body and mind but will not help one to free from defilements.

The “Universal Energy” can heal diseases because mind stands still at a certain level. In fact, some can be cured but the others are not. This mainly depends on merits and demerits of each individual.

Your husband can cure diseases because his mind focuses, and the patients were not seriously ill and were about to recover.
You heard a clear male voice in your dream close to conscious state. Similarly, time stopping for 10 minutes was a dream too; so don’t take a dream for real.

4. One who practices Dhammakaya knowledge in general level can cure disease at a certain level which is making a resolution and spreading loving kindness with a wish for ill persons to recover.

For one who practices Dhammakaya knowledge in high level will cure disease by correcting at the cause or at merit-demerit sphere which results in various retributions.

5. Your husband and you made a donation of 80,000 Baht on the first visit to Dhammakaya temple; although, in general you made donation for only 100 Baht because wholesomeness that you had accrued with Dhammakaya community influenced you to have faith.

Because of wholesomeness from accruing with Dhammakaya community, associating only with virtuous friends and listening to Dhamma, you can judge what is right and what is wrong and are able to teach yourself; so you understood the situation when the temple was attacked verbally and you could retain firm faith with the temple.

6. You lose your big money; although, you have never regretted when you have made donation because; in the past life, you borrowed money from others but forgot to pay him back, and spent other’s money to do business but had never returned profits to him.

It does not relate to present that you changed your mind to spend money to business investment instead of made donation as of first intention so that you can make donation long time from business profits.
This way of accruing merits will have indirect consequence which is a gap for past retribution to slip through. Therefore, when you intend to accrue merits, you have to do immediately so your past retribution has no chance to surface.
You should recollect all merits you have dedicated and make a wish to receive your money back soon and have success in business.

7. Your face is allergic to wind, sunlight and get itchy easily because of your past verbal retribution. You liked to often talk in the way that made people lose their face in the past life.

If you accrue merits with triple robe sets regularly and make a wish to have clear and white beautiful complexion, the merits will take part in correction of the retribution. However, you should talk nicely and be more careful when you talk so you do not make anyone to lose one’s face.

8. You have very near eye-sight because of your past verbal retribution that you mimicked persons who wore spectacles which made them embarrassed.

Curing with present technology will make your eye sight better; although it will not be as good as normal. Additionally, you should accrue merits by often paying homage in front of Dhammakaya cetiya with lantern and make a wish to lessen retribution from heavy to light and light to disappear.

9. When you were pregnant with your daughter, you wanted to accrue merits and when you easily delivered the baby with no pain because your daughter is meritorious person, you have also accrued present merits and made a wish for a good and healthy child, easy to deliver, etc. All your wishes come true for both you and your child.

Some people deliver their baby with difficulty and pain while others do with ease and no pain mainly because of mother and baby’s merits and demerits.
For example, some people have difficulty and suffer from pain when delivering a baby because of caging or tying animals which make them suffering. Some people deliver baby easily with no pain because they have merits from freeing both big and small animals or generosity offering (dhana), precept observance (sila), meditation (bhavana) and make a wish to deliver a baby easily with no pain.

10. You, your husband and your daughter used to regularly pursue perfections with Dhammakaya community as a provider. You may miss sometimes but did with fullest efforts many times. Therefore, you should not worry. Presently, your treasures may come in slowly but there will be lots more in the future.

You had meditation progress at a level of attaining clear Dhamma sphere and crystal clear Dhammakaya image so you survivingly returned to the fourth level of heaven [Dusita].
As for your wish to have your daughter to be a laywoman, you have to take care of her to remain in meritorious path until she grows up and let her decide herself because her blue prints indicate that she requires lots of encouragements.

Since we have met each other in this life, therefore you must try to pursue perfection in all merits with fullest efforts and make a wish to follow the Dhammakaya community to the fourth level of heaven (Tusita), in the special merit zone – bodhisatta as well as do not be apart from each other again.
